Review : To many problems....
We waited an extremely long time for our coffee pot. They sent all three items separately so when the cups did not arrive, we contacted the company. When they responded, they apparently did not read the letter, because their comment did not correspond to the question. We again asked them why the cups had not arrived when it had been over a month. Finally the mugs arrived but are not as pictured. I wanted the red accent and received blue. When I sent a message asking why our mugs didn't come as pictured, they ignored me and never responded! The items in question are minor compared to the coffee maker, but reflects on how they handle their customer service. The coffee pot makes a good and hot pot of coffee, but the carafe does not hold the heat for very long. Seems to be to much money for what you get.
